You must have the voting ticket with 12 digit serial number on it that was given if you have went to their LIVE or buy their goods online at official net shop
1) Go to http://support.qunqun.asia
2) Scroll down till you see the following button
3) Enter the required fields in order to proceed (Translation on screenshot itself)
*Note: if you wish to vote 10 votes for one member at the same time,see below screenshot instead (to see this form you need to scroll down further)
4) Confrm your details again and proceed
5) You should be able to see a successful screen after that.
