The status of Natsumi and Karen being promoted as actual 3rd gen member is official now and they will be taking part in the Sousenkyo.
As for Masako,she was previously not able to meet the criteria of being an actual member of QunQun. It was told that she has a soft voice, which is not an acceptable criteria but because she was shown to have a future that why she was considered as an QunQun candidate instead. If the criteria is met before the 18th August live, she will be promoted as actual member and will be participating in the Sousenkyo.
The criteria set for Masako now is talking with a loud voice and also at least 10 cheki taken with her requested by the fans.
